Jellycat Pacey is a round spherical puffer fish who likes to swim around in the sea. Pacey has soft fins made of rib fabric. He looks a bit silly out of his round bulbous eyes and his lips are always pouting. He has small bumps on his back, which makes him look just like a real puffer fish.

The cuddly fish is nice and round and is very soft to cuddle with. It is a very cute stuffed animal for both boys and girls.
