This comprehensive wooden train set from Vilac (40 pieces) is slightly different thanks to the cosy illustrations by Ingela P. Arrhenius on the wagons and the accessories. 

The whole set is made of wood. There is a locomotive and four wagons. They can be joined together to form a train thanks to the magnets. The wheels of the wagons are made of rubber so that they can run smoothly over the track.

There is also a station, a cafe, a house, a traffic light and a stop sign. There are also four trees and two figures. The little builders can use the 24 tracks to make different train tracks, short or long, with or without a bridge. 

The packaging is also very attractive. The wooden train toy comes in a retro box that looks like a suitcase.
